Eric is the owner and founder of Cyber Solutions. He started the business in 1999. He also works as an on-site technician.
He has been married for 10 years and has two beautiful daughters – Karra and Kaitlyn.

He enjoys running and attending church at Good Hope Baptist.

John Gurley

Manager / AKA The Time Teller

John was born and raised in Anderson, SC and still lives there with his wife, Amy, and their two wonderful children, Hannah (9) and Cameron (8). Outside of being a father and husband, John has been working with Cyber Solutions for over 10 years.

John’s duties include graphic design, web site development, commerce solutions, DBA (Database Administration) and overseeing all projects. It is his goal to make sure that Cyber Solutions provides our clients with professional, reliable services at competitive prices. John looks forward to building a business relationship with you and your company.

Roger Ballew

Manager / AKA Mr. Loop Hole

Roger was raised in Anderson, SC where he still resides, and has been part of the Cyber Solutions team for nearly a decade. His duties include managing in office operations, employees, computer technicians, as well as being Cyber Solutions primary laptop repair technician.

It is Roger’s goal to ensure that Cyber Solutions does it’s very best to provide complete customer and client satisfaction with professional and reliable services. Roger and the Cyber Solutions staff look forward to earning your trust and business.

Rami Altwam

Rami was born in NYC in 1988. He then moved to his parent’s hometown in Jerusalem when he was 6 years old. Rami later moved to SC when he was 15 years old and graduated from T.L. Hanna High.

Rami is currently attending Carolina Computer Training in Greenville, SC. He currently holds CompTIA, A+, and Network+ certifications.
In his spare time, Rami likes to watch movies and take road trips.

John Swizdaryk

John is a product of Texas, Canada and South Carolina. Prior to coming to Cyber Solutions, John worked 17 + yrs w/ United Parcel Service (UPS) before transitioning to Information Technology here. He also does event photography under J Swizdaryk Photography.

John has 3 fantastic Kids – Jacob, Nicholas & Kimlyn. He spends his leisure time hanging with family, friends and sitting on his dock. His hobbies include: acting, reading, boating, water sports, and football.

Travis Diffenderfer

In Store Tech / AKA The Cookie Monster

Travis is the only part-timer here at Cyber Solutions. He started as an intern, but he worked out so well we decided to hire him.
Travis was born in California in 1993 and moved to South Carolina in 2000. He is a junior at Pendleton High School and is very active in school functions. He is the president of the Pendleton High School Chorus.

He is very interested in movies and music. Travis has even started writing some of his own music. He also really likes legos; he has built a computer out of them. He also loves everything about computers and enjoys working on them.

Hakeem Latimer

Hakeem was born in 1990 and raised in Philadelphia. In high school, he was a member of the FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America). He also worked as a volunteer board member for the Lights of Hope Project. Hakeem graduated from T.L. Hanna High School in 2009 and is currently attending Greenville Technical College for an Associate in Network Administration. His hobbies include paintball, basketball, and baseball.

James Gilstrap

On-site Tech / AKA King James

James is from Easley and graduated from Easley High in 1999. He went on to get an Associates in Computer Technology – Network Administration from Greenville Tech in 2003. James has worked for Cyber Solutions for 5 years.

His interests include sports, traveling, video games, and technology.

Todd Williams

On-site Tech / AKA The Godfather

Todd moved from Newport, RI to South Carolina in 2000. He graduated from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI with a B.S. in accounting and computer science in 1999. Todd then went to the University of Phoenix Online and received an MBA in 2005.

His hobbies include lifting weights, basketball.

Cherish Moss

Web Developer / AKA Herbal Essences

Cherish has been working at Cyber Solutions for over 4 years. Before employment at Cyber Solutions, Cherish attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia and received a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Master’s in Education. Cherish and her husband, Chris, has purchased their first “fixer-upper” home and are living there with their dog, Osgar. On the weekends, Cherish studies natural remedies and renovates the house with her husband.

In her current position, Cherish takes on the following responsibilities in the office: logos and Search Engine Optimization. She also does some design and development.

Nathan Starnes

Nathan has been working at Cyber Solutions, for one year. Before employment at Cyber Solutions, Nathan attended the Anderson Career and Technology Center from tenth to twelfth grade in high school and graduated top of his class in Computer Repair and Networking. Nathan is a proud father of his two year old son Dwayne.

Nathan’s duties include: Web Database Application Development, Server Administrator, E-mail Administrator, and Web Development. Nathan also has an extensive knowledge in: Css, Html, Php, Asp, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL, MsAcess, and Javascript. Nathan looks forward to building an Web Based Application that meets you and your company’s needs.

Willie Brown

On-site Tech / AKA James Brown

Willie was born in Wilmington, Delaware in 1981 where he lived for 8 years. He then moved to Anderson, South Carolina in 1989 and has been raised there ever since. He graduated from Westside High School in 2000. Within the next 10 years, Willie would work the retail industry with companies such as Rainbow Records, Blockbuster and Best Buy, but his passion is for video editing and graphic design. He then decided to go back to college, which led him to go to Tri-County Tech College in 2010 to study Digital Production techniques, but ended up leaving Tri-County after getting the opportunity to work at Cyber Solutions. Willie and his soon to be wife, Becky, are currently about to be living in their first apartment together and will be getting married on May 28th.

Willie’s duties include web updates, coding, and some technical issues such as e-mail. Willie also does video work such as filming commercials, sporting events, etc. He also edits the videos and makes them compatible for your website or television needs. His goal is to make sure every customer has what they need and always leaves happy.

Lander Brown

Lander was born and raised in Anderson, SC. She graduated from T.L. Hanna High School in 2006 and USC Upstate in 2010 where she majored in Information Management & Systems and minored in Business Administration. Outside of work Lander is very active in coaching competitive cheerleading, watching/attending sporting events (football, basketball, baseball, etc.), and being outdoors.

Kayla Carver

Kayla Carver has been working with Cyber Solutions for 3 years. Before employment with Cyber Solutions, Kayla graduated with an Associates in Business from Tri-County Technical College. Kayla has also recently got engaged to her boyfriend Derrick.

Kayla takes great pride in her position at Cyber Solutions. She is the Administrative Assistant with the responsibilities of: billing, quoting new computer equipment, and customer service. She has outstanding personable skills that make the clients enjoy doing business with Cyber Solutions.

Steve Mears

Business Development Manager / AKA The $25 Man

Steve has worked in the computer field for over twenty years. He worked with Darden Restaurants (which owns Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and Bahama Breeze) at their central office as a project leader for their back office systems. Their network included over 12,000 computers. He worked for Perpetual Bank as the IT Manager till they were bought out by CCB. He was a project manager for Spartan Computer Services who specializes in restaurant computers where he had Darden Restaurants as one of his clients. He also worked with South Style Communities which had nine sites as the Quality Manager / IT Manager. He is presently working with Cyber Solutions as the Business Development Manager.
