Cherish’s Recipe: Apple Cut Ups

Ingredients
Cream 3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 ½ cup of Wesson Oil
3 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Stir with spoon mixture will be very stiff—-then add 1 cup chopped nuts and 3 cups chopped raw gala apple
Preheat oven to 325 cook for 1 hour in large greased roasting pan
1 sitck margarine
1 cup light brown sugar
¼ cup evaporated milk
Boil 2 ½ min. then spread on top of cake while hot
